Is This You?

This is an exercise I do with my students to help them prep for exams.

I see students on a spectrum with one end being strngly instinctual people. They are characterised by walking out of an exam after only 25 minutes, just scrape a pass and no matter how much more time they spend, their grade wouldn't go up. I call these GUT people.

At the other end of the spectrum are the thinkers (this on is me). In the extreme, thinkers go right to the end of the exam time, go through the exam three times and wring every second they can out of the exam period.

Can I also suggest my killer revision tip – 20 minutes of moderate exercise beforehand!
And I’m not talking an hour boxing – you’ll exhaust yourself.
It’s like this: after doing a course all day, your head feels woolly and you’re fatigued. It happens to me as the instructor so I know it happens to you as a student. How can you be so tired when all you’ve done is sit down all day?

It might have been a while since your last exam, or you might be fresh from uni.
Study is the key to passing your ITIL V3 Foundation exam, and that includes using the two practise exams provided in your course, and doing some reading.
I can’t provide the two official exams here because they are copyright, but I have provided our sample practise questions and a link to some good (but paid) exam practise sites. If you find a sample exam online, make sure it is a V3 exam, you’re on the right syllabus version, and they have the official APMG endorsement.
